Within the matrix of virtual presence, digital nearness becomes a site of encounter.
In a displaced reality, where the nonverbal is absent and communication takes the shape of form, a projection of the self emerges — from self-portraits to graphic fragments and text — opening a field for (auto)reflection, a cartography of relationships that elude definition.
The work exists in a liminal space between the real and the imagined, the internal and the external. In this zone, the illusion of closeness is not a deception, but a constant — a mode of being, a trace of existence through the other.
